introduction to BONTEA

I started blending herbal teas because I believe in one simple truth: healing happens in the small moments we return to every day.

 As a breathwork and movement coach, I help people understand and regulate their nervous systems. I’ve seen how the state of our nervous system influences everything, from how we digest our food and sleep at night, to our hormones, energy, resilience and ability to feel present in our lives.

 For me, tea is one of the small ways I create those moments of regulation in my own day. The simple ritual of making and drinking a cup helps me slow down, become present and reconnect with my body. It is a gentle pause, a few quiet minutes to breathe and come back to myself.

 Whether you’re beginning your morning, taking a midday pause or winding down for sleep, I hope these blends become an invitation to nourish body, mind and spirit.
